She led and support business clients to prevent or mitigate legal risk. Kept informed of legal developments affecting the Company, while assisting with the development of new policies by being the dedicated legal resource to the West Operational Region encompassing 8 operational states and affiliate companies.  She also became the leader of regulatory compliance beginning with Liquor licenses and Customs & Border Patrol regulations, Immigration issues and policy.

Brandy decided to create her own firm to continue to be a high valued counselor to companies in all industries.  She focuses on balancing the needs of the operation with the needs of the employees.  Having spent all of her career in high conflict environments, she concentrates on finding the most efficient and effective resolution without unnecessarily escalating situations and temperaments.
